We're looking for a new Customer Service Representative!
Do you have a friend, cousin, neighbor, aunt, nephew... looking for a customer service position with a fun online company? We want them to join our team... And we'll pay you a $200 Referral Fee* if we hire them.
We are looking for a talented individual to join our growing business to assist the Director of Operations in all areas of the business.
Specific Job Duties May Include:
- Receive and answer high volumes of emails with consistent follow-thru and quick turnaround
- Answer phone calls and assist customers in helpful and friendly manner
- Assist with creating quotes and presentations for customers and other team members
- Constantly update team and customers on order status
- Contact potential customers to offer services via phone or email
- Assist in online/ in store checkout
- Purchase goods and supplies: May include calling various vendors and tracking down items within strict deadlines
- Data entry

Full-Time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30-5pm.
