If, after washing, the appearance of your printed design appears faded or cracked, we'll need to review the details of your order with our production team. It is very unusual for a screen print to fade after washing. Most screen prints will last years or decades. If your print was done with water-based ink or digital printing, fading is a little more common. It could be that the ink isn't washing out of the shirt, but the fibers of the shirt start to soften and work their way through the ink, making the design look faded. By this time, we hope you've gotten lots of love out of the shirt and accept it as it becomes awesomely vintage. If your shirt has faded in a very short period of time, please contact us with the following details so we can look into your concern.
- order number
- first and last name
- photo of the shirt
A representative will follow up with you within 24 hours to discuss how we can move forward.
