Don't panic! Your card was not charged. Our website has a fraud protection system in place to make sure that our customers and our business is protected against fraudulent charges. It can be triggered by a variety of things including a billing/shipping mismatch, corporate credit cards, or the IP address. Most of the time these alerts are false alarms, but every once in a while we are able to catch offenders before they are able to start charging cards that aren't theirs. What happens if you receive this error? Don't panic! Your card was not charged. This code occurs when our website is having trouble calculating the dollar amount total for the order. It can be caused by an issue with a coupon code, having more than one design in the cart, or some other unknown factor. What happens if I receive this error? If you have more than one design in the cart, try placing orders for each design one by one. If you are using a coupon code, remove the code and re-enter it. Or, you can also clear out your cart completely and add the design(s) again to see if that takes care of the issue.
