Madden 2010 T-Shirts

Happy Madden Day! Today marks the release of the latest installment of the Madden series, the best selling video game in history. Madden flies off the shelves every year, constantly selling out on its opening day. Many stores open their doors at 12:01 am on the day it comes out just to accommodate the crazed fans that line up to buy this game.

This year's Madden is supposed to be the most realistic ever. With its presentation style graphics, realistic tackling and improved player models the 2010 version is authentic football. If you are planning to get in line and pick up a copy you might as well pick up a t-shirt while you are at it. We designed this t-shirt for this upcoming Madden Day, one of our favorite days of the year.

Michael Vick T-Shirts

Last night was supposed to be about a Super Bowl rematch between the Arizona Cardinals and the Pittsburgh Steelers. That didn't last very long when ESPN broke news early in the game that disgraced quarterback Michael Vick had signed with the Philadelphia Eagles. Vick was last seen in 2006 before he went to jail on dog fighting charges. Vick, known for his rocket arm and electric feat, will be the most polarizing player in the NFL in 2009 not named Terrell Owens.

There are three camps on Vick. Those who feel he paid his debt to society and should be allowed to play, those who always defended him and felt he was treated wrong back when the dog fighting scandal broke out a few years ago, and those that will always hate Michael Vick. If you are in the third camp then we designed a t-shirt just for you. Does Michael Vick make you sick? Get the t-shirt, complete with old school Eagles colors.

We Liked Homework Better When

Schools all across the country are either back in session or about to be back in session. Every year we complete of school the harder the challenge becomes. We loved grade school, all we did was simple math and art projects while counting down the minutes until recess. What ever happened to recess? By the time we got to high school recess was a pipe dream. College? While one could say life on a college campus is a constant recess. What we do miss are the easy homework assignments. We found it much more easy to color than it is to figure out gross domestic product of Uganda in macroeconomics or figuring out a derivative of a function in brief calculus (a course that certainly isn't brief, we found out the hard way).

Honestly, we liked homework better when it was called coloring. Hence this is the inspiration for our latest t-shirt design. The shirt is simplistic enough, a plain white t-shirt with lettering on it. The design is unique, it resembles an authentic attempt at coloring. We promise we don't just take crayons to a white t-shirt, it just looks that way. Celebrate the simpler times of school with this back to school t-shirt. You can get it here.

And whatever you do, avoid brief calculus if you can.

John Hughes T-Shirts

Designing a t-shirt in honor of John Hughes

Legendary director/writer John Hughes died yesterday. You may not know who he is, but you know his movies. He had his hand in some of the most famous movies on the 80s. Some notable movies Hughes either wrote, directed, or both are:

The list goes on. Hughes will obviously be most famous for his role as the director of Ferris Bueller's Day Off, one of the most popular movies of all time. The fact that he had his hand in almost all of the iconic teen comedies of the 80s is a testament to his talent. We decided to design a simple t-shirt that displays some of the top movies he directed. RIP John Hughes, you will be missed.

Twitter Down T-Shirts

Twitter was hit by a Denial of Service attack today, temporarily shutting down the site and making it run sluggish upon its return. This is the first time Twitter has been down for a prolonged period of time since May. Twitter has become such an important part of our society and Internet culture that there has been a huge void during its down time.

The real question is, who is attacking Twitter? Does this have anything to do with the denial of service attack that hit government websites over the fourth of July weekend? Rumor has itFacebook was hit as well, as that site has been running sluggishly all day. It is clear someone has targeted Twitter. Since Twitter causes such a stir when it is temporarily unavailable is this just the start of future attacks on the website? Whatever the case may be we decided to create this funny little t-shirt that depicts the days events.
