It would be better if 50/50 cotton & poly blend. That way there would be no shrinkage. Or make it sanitized so it wouldn't shrink.

I was amazed at how fast you got these out to us!! They are for a 5K firefighter-type obstacle course event and we were afraid they wouldn't make it in time..now all wifey has to do is machine-embroider the team members' names on the front and we will be good to go. Overall my experience was OK. But you should be more specific on the guide lines for the adult size print and the child size print. To have all my shirts have the same size print as the child size, it was ok. If I would have known I would have had to place to separate order for the adult size print and the child size print. Which would have made the shirts more expensive. I probably would not have order the shirts.

We had a few problems with getting our order placed and missing 2 shirts in our order. However, once the mistakes were discovered they did a great job by getting our order rushed to us by our deadline. The shirts look great - everyone was very pleased. We didn't get our shirts printed, they were embordered.

This was the least expensive website to order shirts from. I really like that they took $10 off if I would wait 14 days to receive the shirts. They also took money off to print their logo, however the logo was never actually printed on the shirts. I ordered the shirts for the March for Babies walk and I will definately being back next year for more shirts.

The quality and artwork is fabulous! Companies locally would tell me they would not be able to do my design; ESPECIALLY if they had to put different names on each shirt. I actually had two different companies say, "Do you know how much extra work that is?!" Not being ugly, but I would rather they jack up the price and tell me some outrageous amount that I couldn't possibly pay before telling me they wouldn't do it because it was too much work. In the past, Sarah kept in contact if there were any delays and sent out an invoice with all the details well in advance. This time Sarah was not available so we had to deal with Ann. We did not receive an invoice until after I asked for it the day before we were supposed to pick up the order, and was not told that the shirts would not be ready on time until the day they were due. This is the reason one our departments now uses one of your competitors, even though your prices are better.

So far, so good! The shirt moved during production, so as a result, the image was doubled in some parts. Things like this can happen, and when I wrote to the help center, I got a reply within the day and a resubmitted order at no extra charge. Actually, I got a speedy reply every time (I had emailed soon after ordering, and changed shirt styles w/no problem!). Friendly and accommodating!

I really loved the shirts I got. Digital printing is definitely the way to go for me from now on. My only complaint, and it's really just something I need to get more info on, is I need to find out what the exact max print area is on the shirts. In the Design Studio, it lets you size the image pretty large, but it's not quite that big when you get the shirts in. Overall, I'd definitely use DesignAShirt again. You do just what you say you'll do....design is as I see it on the screen, delivery always arrives right on time. One suggestion I have, however, is to allow a grace period for re-orders...it seems I never have the right sizes then get stuck paying a very high price for the few extra shirts I need. I have no problem ordering the minimum quantity, just don't like paying $20+ a t-shirt to make everyone happy here. Makes it hard to "surprise" staff if I have to seek their sizes

I was happy with almost everything. There are two exceptions, though. I was not happy with the placement of the words on the front of the shirt. I put them high on the shoulder on purpose, and I was not very happy to see that they were not where I put them. Also, the cross on the back was not nearly as big as I had it on the design template. However, the quality is good, and it got here just fine.

I think the quailty of the shirts you guys make is fabolous! The ship time is also very quick! But I would recomend that you allow people to order more than one style shirt or pant at the same time. I created a tee for my boyfriend, and not only does the design look absolutely awesome, but I can tell the shirt is good quality as well. Furthermore, I made him a sweatshirt two years ago and he still lives in that thing. The only complaint I have is that the sizing reference is very limited. I had a lot of trouble deciding what size to get because the one XL model was not at all shaped like him. Also, there are no models for any bigger sizes, so I couldn't see what an XXL would fit lik
