If our product does not arrive looking as you created it on this site or if it has a material flaw, we will refund your money. It's that simple! To ensure a timely refund, we request you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we may provide you with a return authorization number. Returned items must be unworn and in "as new" condition. Sizing is always controversial when it comes to women's clothing, so please excuse our directness: we cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes.
