How can I know if the shirt will fit?
Sizing is always controversial when it comes to women's clothing, so please excuse our directness: we cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes. Please contact us to purchase sample garments or to receive more detailed garment specifications, if you have any questions as to how a particular product fits. What brand of shirt do you recommend?
For most jobs, we recommend the Hanes Beefy T. Depending on the style and your budget a different type of shirt may be substituted. Please contact us for assistance in finding the perfect shirt for your needs.

Can I order embroidery?
Yes, absolutely! We do embroidery work daily for many of our clients but have yet to perfect the system for online orders. If you are interested in embroidery, please contact us.
How is embroidery priced?
Our pricing for embroidery is based on 6000 stitches. In the rare case that your design exceeds 6000 stitches, we will contact you with an updated price quote.

What ink colors do you offer?
We offer a wide range of ink colors. If your organization requires a specific Pantone color, include the information in the ADD NOTES section of your design. While we make every attempt to reproduce your exact colors, please be aware ink colors may vary slightly and print differently on certain fabrics. For additional information on our ink selection, please contact us. Do you offer any specialty inks?
Yes! We offer the following special effect inks: PUFF INK:
Puff ink raises or "puffs up" when the ink is cured (dried). It adds a three-dimensional look to your design and can be used as a low cost substitute for embroidery. Not all artwork and typefaces produce effective results with puff ink. Avoid using type with characters spaced closely together. Thinly lined designs and fonts work the best with puff ink. SHIMMER INK:
Shimmer inks offer great sparkle and great color selection. Their subtle metallic look is durable and holds up well even after repeated washings. GLITTER INK:
Glitter inks contain large flakes of shiny mylar that give the ink a reflective, sparkly appearance. They are available in a wide range of colors and print well on designs without extremely fine detail. CRYSTALINA (PEARLESCENCE) INK:
Crystalina inks provide a softly shimmering pearl-like effect. They are typically printed over another color ink color to give the design an added dimension. They work best on designs without fine detail. FLUORESCENT INK:
Fluorescent inks are perfect when you want to grab attention! The vivid color they provide makes them perfect for hot rod and children's designs. GLOW-IN-THE-DARK INK:
Want your shirt to stand out at night? Whether it's for a Halloween or rock-n-roll design, glow-in-the-dark ink is a great choice for added fun. Glow-In-The-Dark ink works best on darkly colored shirts but may be used on white or light colors with another ink printed underneath.

For best results, always wash your garmets inside out in cold water and lay flat to dry. Never add bleach or other chemicals! In time, screen printed garments may form stress marks after repeated wearing and washing. Worn garments cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

We recognize the demand for Made In The U.S.A. and Union Made items. We've built relationships with several American mills including those manufacturing the hard-to-find Made In U.S.A. hat. You'll see many products on our site labeled "American Made" or "Made In The U.S.A." If you need assistance locating a particular American or Union made item, please contact us.
