PLACING ONLINE ORDERS

After you have completed your design, you will need to SAVE your design by providing your email address, a name for your design and creating a password.

Once you have SAVED your design, click on the BUY NOW button.

To remove the item set the quantity to 0 for all available sizes.

To change the quantity, change the quantity to the desired number for each of the available sizes.

Once you are satisfied with your order details, please click SUBMIT and your order will be processed.

VOUCHERS & COUPONS
If you have any vouchers, coupons, or promo codes you would like to use, please enter the codes at this time.

CONTACT INFO
You will be asked to provide your name and a daytime phone number so we may contact you with any questions regarding your order. For information on our Privacy Policy, click here.

ADDING NOTES

You can add comments to your order in the design studio. You’ll be able to choose from design, printing and shipping notes that will be included in your order. You can even place the design notes right on your artwork using an electronic sticky note.

ORDER STATUS

Track the status of your order by clicking on My Account and signing in with your email address.

REORDERS

Reorder a previous design by clicking on My Account and signing in with your email address.

Click on the My Orders page and click the “Reorder” link next to the design you’d like to order again.

SAMPLES

Our Design Studio allows you to preview your designs on any of our products before ordering; however, we do understand that in some cases a sample is needed. Please contact our Customer Service Specialists to assist you in requesting blank or printed samples. Sample requests are not available for Embroidery at this time.

We currently offer more than 50+ product styles that have no minimum order.

Items of 5 or less are digitally printed.

Generally, all orders of 6 or more are screen printed but you will always have the option to choose if you want your order through digital printing or screen printing.

SPONSORSHIPS

You will be given the option at checkout to sponsor us. Sponsorship means that we’ll include the DesignAShirt logo on your shirt beneath your design, unless otherwise indicated in your design notes in Step 3 of the checkout process. If you select this option, you’ll save $.50 per item. Plus, your shirt will look even cooler.

• The logo will feature the DesignAShirt tee graphic with DesignAShirt text stacked to the right
• The logo will always be printed in one ink color
• We will only print in an ink color currently featured on the shirt
• The logo will be printed at 1.5” wide
• The logo cannot be printed on the sleeve of a shirt or the bottom hem of the shirt
• The discount amount for adding the sponsorship logo is $.50 per item

Your billing information must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card or bank statement. Differences in numbers or spelling may cause the order to be delayed or cancelled. Please contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card or checking account.

PURCHASE ORDER & CORPORATE ACCOUNT PAYMENTS
In certain cases, we may accept payment via check or purchase order for corporate accounts. If you are interested in applying and learning more about the terms of our corporate accounts, please contact us.

If you are already pre-approved for our credit terms, please select this payment method and enter your company issued purchase order number or account number in the appropriate fields.

If you are using a purchase order, your order will be held until we receive the company-issued PO via email at help@designashirt.com. Please reference your online order number on the PO copy.
