RECREATING LOW-RESOLUTION ART
If you upload or send us low-res art that won’t reproduce well, we’ll automatically recreate it in higher resolution for you.
ALIGNMENT
We like to serve as a second set of eyes on your work. If it looks like your design placement is a little bit off, we’re always happy to fix it for you. Unless you meant for it to be that way, of course.
ART PROPORTIONS
If the art you send is too small or too large for the product you choose, we’ll contact you and send you a proof. If you agree it doesn’t work for you, we’ll recommend a good solution.
SPELL CHECK
We always check your design for spelling errors and will let you know if we think we find one.
INK MATCHING
We will match the ink color to the trim color of the shirt. And if you have a specific PMS color that you need us to match, we can accurately reproduce it. Just indicate the color(s) you need us to match in the comments section of the design studio.
